Shipping policy

All local shipments are shipped with Australia Post unless pick-up/local delivery is selected. Orders will be provided with a tracking number via email after the order has been packed and dispatched. It usually takes between 1-3 business days but can take up to 9 business days depending on stock allocations at the time of the order being placed. Depending on the shipping option you select, it will take anywhere between 1-5 business days to arrive at the input destination, this can be subject to variation based on unforeseen circumstances we can not control.

Once an order has been fulfilled, we are not able to cancel it.
