Refund policy
All products are subject to a strict no-refund, no-exchange and no-return policy unless the purchased item’s condition differs from the advertised description.
There are no returns/refunds/exchanges for incorrect sizing, so please choose your sizes carefully.
Once an order has been fufilled, we are not able to cancel/refund it.
To be considered, your item must match the following criteria:
Item/s must be in the same condition as when they were shipped by Shoegasm; original tags, no creases or undone laces as a result of try-on and/or wear, no sole wear, debris, and all original packaging.
Any additional laces and/or accessories must also be provided.
